GB/T 7305-2003 石油和合成液水分离性测定法
简介:1.1 本标准适用于测定石油和合成液的水分离性。 本标准适用于测定40。C运动粘度为28.8 mm2/s~90 mm2/s的油品,试验温度为54。C土1℃。也可用于40℃运动粘度超过90 mm2/s的油品,但试验温度为82℃±l℃。对于更高粘度的油品,无法使油和水充分混合,建议用GB/T 8022试验方法。其他试验温度如25℃也可以使用。 当测试的合成液相对密度比水大时,试验步骤不变,但应注意这时水可能浮在乳化层或合成液上面。1.2本标准涉及某些有危险性的材料、操作和设备,但是无意对与此有关的所有安全问题都提出建议。因此,用户在使用本标准之前应建立适当的安全和防护措施,并确定有适用性的管理制度。

It is used for specification of new oils and monitoring of in-service oils. 1.1x00a0;This test method covers measurement of the ability of petroleum oils or synthetic fluids to separate from water. Although developed specifically for steam-turbine oils having viscosities of 28.88201;mm2/s to 908201;mm2/s at 408201;x00b0;C, this test method may be used to test oils of other types having various viscosities and synthetic fluids at other test temperatures. It is recommended, however, that the test temperature be raised to 828201;x00b0;C x00b1; 18201;x00b0;C when testing products more viscous than 908201;mm2/s at 408201;x00b0;C. For higher viscosity oils where there is insufficient mixing of oil and water, Test Method D2711 is recommended. Other test temperatures such as 258201;x00b0;C may also be used. A1% sodium choloride (NaCl) solution or synthetic seawater may be used in place of distilled water when testing certain oils or fuels used in marine applications. 1.2x00a0;When testing synthetic fluids whose relative densities are greater than that of water, the procedure is unchanged, but it should be noted that the water will probably float on the emulsion or liquid. 1.3x00a0;The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard.
