化学性质：Roman chamomile oil (English chamomile oil) is produced from the driedflowers of Chamaemelum nobile (L.) All. (Anthemis nobilis L.). It is a lightblue or light greenish-blue liquid with a strong aromatic odor characteristicof the flowers. The oil is produced on a small scale, for example, in Franceand Hungary.d2020 0.900–0.920; n20D 1.4380–1.4460; acid value: max. 8, ester value. 250–340; solubility: 1 vol in max. 0.6 vol 90% ethanol.The constituents of Roman chamomile oil include esters of angelic and tiglicacid. The main constituents are isobutyl and isoamyl esters of angelic acid. Roman chamomile oil is used in very low dosages in the flavoringof alcoholic beverages and in fine fragrances.
